Business partners Nikki & Lucy met at college 17 years ago when they were doing advanced training after their basic NVQ.

Both careers along with most members of the team started with apprenticeships where we began to craft our skills from a young age, 
We always discussed wanting a salon years ago after both getting married and having our beautiful boys, during Covid we had plenty of walks outside as that was all we could do and decided it was our time to boost our careers in a positive way and started the search to find premises in the heart of Norwich which then lead us to find the home of Root (5 Charing Cross Norwich). 

18 months on we now have a creative team with years of experience, bringing different aspects and expertise to varied services within hairdressing.
